What should I check about a skirt if my day involves many stairs?

Avoid relying on pulling the waistband upward throughout the day. Check that loose cords remain clear of your feet.

What should I consider when choosing a skirt with a smocked waist?

Compare hip measurements as well as the waist range. Check whether the gathered section rubs against your usual underlayers.

What should I do with the hanging loops inside a skirt?

Do not assume every internal ribbon is disposable packaging. Check that a loop is not part of an adjustable lining.
